The Queensland Government delivers a range of support to help Queenslanders cope in the face of rising electricity costs.

Subject to eligibility, a concession is available for Queensland consumers using life support machines (Oxygen Concentrators and Kidney Dialysis Machines) but this does not seem to include CPAP Machines. The SDA is a voluntary group offering assistance and support to those persons and their families who are living with sleep disorders throughout Australia.
